Our mission is twofold:

to attract and retain top professionals and the most promising new grads to Japan`s recruitment community by improving awareness and understanding of it
to bring Japan`s recruitment community closer together by providing industry information, recognition of its top performers, and a platform on which companies and individuals can effectively enhance and control their branding

By providing recognition, timely and relevant information, and the ability to shape their own brand perception within the industry, we want to encourage as many individuals and companies as possible to leverage the TA.Direct platform and grow in the process.
